Why do we process your data? We use the social media tool "LinkedIn Insight Tag" from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. The tool sets a cookie in your web browser, which collects personal data and is used by us for statistical and market research purposes. In addition, there is the possibility to set measures in the area of retargeting, whereby we can deliver advertising to you away from our Website without being able to identify you as a Website visitor.

Right to request transfer of personal data: if you wish, you can ask us to download (export) all personal data that we have in the format acceptable to give to someone else or ask us to give them your data directly.
Right to correction or erasure of personal data: you have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data or its completion without undue delay. Additionally, you may request the erasure of your personal data if it is no longer needed, if you withdraw consent, if you object to the processing, or if the data is processed unlawfully.
However, we have the right not to correct/erasure your personal data and process it insofar as the processing is permitted by the applicable law on personal data (including, but not limited to, the purposes of settling claims and disputes, sending responses to requests from state authorities).
Right to restrict processing: if you think, that your personal data is not accurate and we need time to check it, we can make a pause in processing your personal data enough to clarify, whether is it so or not.

Right to rectify your personal data: At any time, you can request that we update, block or delete your personal data if the data is incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unlawfully received or there is no need to proceed with it anymore. if you do not provide correct personal data, we may suspend access to our services due to the lack of necessary data.
Right to erasure: At any time, you can ask us to delete all personal data that we have about you – it is your right to be forgotten, as if we have never met before. if you do so, you will no longer have access to our services.
